Ajay Sharma
Regional Head of Global Trade and Receivables Finance @HSBC Asia Pacific
Ajay Sharma is the Regional Head of Global Trade & Receivables Finance for HSBC in Asia Pacific. In his role, he is responsible for managing and growing the Bank’s trade and supply chain franchise across Asia Pacific, as well as driving HSBC’s Regional Receivables Finance & Commodity and Structured Trade Finance ("CSTF") businesses. Prior to this role, Ajay was Global Co-Head of International Subsidiary Banking (ISB), based in Hong Kong with responsibility for the Asia-Pacific. Ajay joined HSBC in October 2014, after working for 26 years with Citigroup in India, London, Singapore and Tokyo. Ajay started working with Citigroup in 1989 in India and held various roles in the Transaction Banking Group and Corporate Bank. Ajay has also worked in London (Audit), Tokyo (Loan Syndications) and Singapore (Corporate Bank, and Global Subsidiaries Coverage).
Stuart Rogers
Interim Chief Executive Officer & Head of Wholesale Banking Sri Lanka and Maldives @HSBC
Stuart Rogers became Head of Commercial Banking of Sri Lanka and Maldives for The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited on 1 January 2018. Mr Rogers joined the HSBC Group in 1999 and has held a number of senior positions encompassing Commercial Banking, Strategy and Risk Management in Indonesia, Hong Kong and Australia. Mr Rogers was most recently the Head of the Project Management Office in Indonesia and led the integration of HSBC’s two operations in Indonesia (Bank Ekonomi and HSBC Indonesia). Mr Rogers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Vivek Ramachandran

Vivek Ramachandran is the Chief Executive Officer of Serai. Before Serai, Vivek was the Global Head of Growth & Innovation for HSBC Commercial Banking. He was responsible for coordinating key strategic growth initiatives, exploring new business models and driving the adoption of new technologies. He was also the Global Head of Product for HSBC's Trade & Receivables Finance business. He previously held senior management positions at Barclays and Lloyds Bank. Vivek has a Ph.D in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA, where he received the University’s highest recognition awards for his teaching and research accomplishments.

Lindsey Hermes is the Head of Enterprise Solutions at Serai, a digital B2B platform and corporate venture owned by HSBC. In her role, Lindsey is quick to assess the needs of large global retailers, brands and manufacturers to deliver technology that simplifies trade. She is in charge of strategy, client engagement and sales for Serai’s Supply Chain Management solutions portfolio, aimed at providing apparel companies with end-to-end supply chain traceability and transparency. With a career spanning four continents and various industries, Lindsey has worked on digital solutions for a range of businesses, from fledgling startups to the world’s most recognised brands. A successful entrepreneur, Lindsey founded and exited a full service design and digital marketing agency where clients included Target, Microsoft, Jones Lang LaSalle, Oracle and Unicef. Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2009, she led global teams for FleishmanHillard and BioSpan Technologies. Lindsey hails from St. Louis,
